You’re Not Lazy. You’re Not Broken.
You’re Studying with a Brain That Nobody Taught You How to Use.
The ADHD Success System is a structured, 15-week coaching program that gives college students with ADHD the tools, systems, and real support to finish the semester strong — without white-knuckling through every deadline.

If Any of This Sounds Familiar, You’re in the Right Place.
You started the semester with the best intentions. New planner. New schedule. New version of yourself who was going to handle it this time.
Then Week 3 hit.
Now you’re:
✓ Re-reading the same paragraph for the fourth time and still retaining nothing
✓ Avoiding an assignment you’ve been “about to start” for two weeks
✓ Skipping office hours — not because you don’t care, but because sending that email feels impossible
✓ Sitting in a lecture while your brain is three conversations ahead
✓ Running on guilt, caffeine, and last-minute adrenaline — and calling it a strategy
And the most painful part? You know you’re smart. Your ADHD doesn’t erase that. But the standard advice — “just make a to-do list,” “try to focus more,” “stop procrastinating” — was never designed for your brain. It was designed for a brain that works differently than yours does.
You haven’t been failing because of who you are. You’ve been failing because no one ever handed you the right tools.
That ends here.
The ADHD Success System Isn’t a Productivity Hack. It’s a Complete Operating System for Your Brain.
Built specifically for college students with ADHD, this is a 15-week, coaching-integrated program that walks you through every dimension of academic success — from setting up your calendar in Week 1 to walking out of finals week with a personalized manual you’ll use for the rest of your college career.
This isn’t generic study tips repackaged with an ADHD label. This isn’t a self-help book. And this definitely isn’t “just try harder.”
This is a structured, shame-free program built on the actual neuroscience of ADHD, evidence-based executive functioning research, and real coaching support every step of the way.
Here’s What Changes in 15 Weeks.
By the time you complete this program, you will have:
✅ A complete Personal ADHD Operating Manual — your own custom-built academic blueprint, including your proven study methods, energy schedule, emergency reset plan, professor scripts, and exam strategy. Yours to keep and use every semester.
✅ A calendar and planning system that works with your brain’s actual energy patterns — not an idealized version of productivity that collapses by Wednesday.
✅ Emotional regulation tools that interrupt the shame spiral before it takes you offline for three days.
✅ Active accommodations and at least one real professor relationship — built in the first four weeks, when they can actually protect your semester.
✅ A study method you personally tested on your actual coursework, not a theoretical framework you abandoned after one session.
✅ The language and understanding to stop blaming yourself for how your brain is built — and start working with it instead.

CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
What You’ll Learn, Week by Week
WEEKS 1–2: Your Foundation
Week 1 | Understanding Your ADHD Operating System
Stop fighting your brain. Start understanding it. Learn the neuroscience of ADHD, map your executive functioning profile, identify your top barriers, and build the identity foundation the entire program rests on.
Week 2 | Build Your Academic Operating System
Every deadline. Every assignment. Every syllabus. One system. This is the most important tactical task of the first two weeks — and we do it together.
WEEKS 3–4: Tools That Change Everything
Week 3 | Emotional Regulation
Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria. Shame spirals. Emotional flooding. Self-compassion. These aren’t Week 8 topics — they’re Week 3 topics, because you need these tools before the first tests hit. We build your personal recovery plan here.
Week 4 | Communication & Self-Advocacy
Email that professor. Activate your accommodations. Go to office hours before you’re in crisis. This is the most time-sensitive module in the program — accommodation letters have deadlines, and professor relationships have compounding returns. We start Week 4, not Week 10.
WEEKS 5–6: Time & Action
Week 5 | Time Management Through Energy
Forget scheduling around an idealized version of yourself. We map your actual energy patterns — when you’re sharp, when you’re depleted, and when you’re somewhere in between — and build your schedule around that reality.
Week 6 | Getting Started
The procrastination module. The five-minute rule. Body doubling. Implementation intentions. Starting ugly. All the strategies that actually move the needle when you’re staring at a blank document at 11 PM.
WEEK 7: The Midterm Reset
Your midterm grades aren’t a verdict. They’re data. We analyze them, recover emotionally, calculate exactly what you need from here, and sit down with your professor for a conversation you’ll know exactly how to have — because you’ve been preparing since Week 4.
WEEKS 8–10: Applied Skills
Week 8 | Studying with ADHD
Cornell notes, active recall, spaced repetition, Anki, AI study tools, study groups, and the Anchor Block Method. Not theory — tested technique applied to your real coursework.
Week 9 | Managing Distractions
Phone addiction, environment design, digital minimalism, sensory optimization, working memory. The goal: one study environment that your brain actually settles into.
Week 10 | Burnout Prevention
Masking. Sleep. Recovery. Exercise. Routine building. Post-midterm is when burnout accelerates — this module lands exactly when you need it.
WEEKS 11–12: High-Stakes Applications
Week 11 | Writing Papers
From blank page to submitted draft — outline first, draft ugly, revise on schedule. A complete paper workflow designed for the ADHD brain.
Week 12 | Exams (Protected Full Coaching Session)
Finals calendar, memory strategies, practice exams, test anxiety tools, and a full accommodation confirmation check. Everything in place before finals week begins.
WEEKS 13–15: The Long Game
Week 13 | Maintaining Momentum
Relapse, habit stacking, identity work, and your full habit scorecard. This module is about who you’re becoming, not just what you’re doing.
Week 14 | Future Planning
Next semester’s calendar shell. Career and internships. Medication refill timelines. Accommodation renewals. You finish this semester already set up for the next one.
Week 15 | Capstone: Your Personal ADHD Operating Manual
You’ve built it piece by piece across 15 weeks. Now you see the whole thing. Final coaching review. Pre-to-post outcome comparison. And the complete manual that belongs to you — forever.
WHO IT’S FOR
This Program Is for You If…
✓ You’ve been diagnosed with ADHD — or strongly suspect it — and college has been harder than it should be
✓ You struggle with procrastination, focus, time management, or emotional regulation (or all four)
✓ You spend more energy managing anxiety about your work than actually doing it
✓ You’re white-knuckling your way through each semester with caffeine and last-minute adrenaline and calling it a strategy
✓ You have accommodations you haven’t activated, or aren’t using consistently
✓ You’ve tried the productivity apps, the YouTube videos, the color-coded planners, and “just trying harder” — and you need something that actually works for your brain
✓ You want structure, real support, and a system — not another motivational speech
This program is not a fit if:
✗ You’re looking for a quick fix or a single semester’s worth of generic tips
✗ You want someone to do the work for you
✗ You’re not prepared to show up to coaching calls and take the implementation steps
This program works because it requires real engagement. That’s not a warning — it’s a promise.

ABOUT THE COACH
Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.
For almost twenty years, I’ve worked with college students and young adults with ADHD, helping them overcome the executive functioning challenges that often interfere with academic success. Throughout my career, I’ve seen talented, capable students struggle—not because they lacked intelligence or motivation, but because they were trying to succeed using systems that weren’t designed for how their brains work.
My work combines evidence-based psychology with practical coaching strategies that students can apply immediately. Rather than focusing on willpower or motivation, we focus on building systems, routines, and skills that make success more consistent and less exhausting.
My coaching philosophy is simple:
ADHD is not a character flaw—it is a different way of processing information, managing attention, and regulating executive functioning. When you understand how your brain works and build the right systems around it, success becomes much more achievable.
My approach is built on one foundational belief: the right structure, delivered without shame, changes everything.
Throughout this program, my role isn’t to judge you or expect perfection. My role is to help you understand your ADHD, identify what works for you, and build a personalized operating system you can continue using long after this course ends.
Progress—not perfection—is the goal. Some weeks will go smoothly. Others won’t. That’s normal. Every setback is information we can use to improve your system, not evidence that you’ve failed.
I’m looking forward to working with you throughout this semester and helping you build the skills, confidence, and independence to succeed in college—and beyond.
Learn more about my background
Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to enroll?
No. This program is designed for students who identify with ADHD challenges — whether formally diagnosed, recently evaluated, or in the process of being assessed. If you suspect you have ADHD and haven’t been evaluated, we encourage you to connect with your campus health center alongside participating in the program.
How much time does this take each week?
Plan for approximately 2–3 hours per week: 30–45 minutes of lesson content, 30–45 minutes for worksheets and implementation tasks, and your weekly coaching session. This program was built for real college students with real course loads — not students with unlimited free time.
Is this therapy?
No. The ADHD Success System is an academic coaching program, not a therapeutic or clinical service. It addresses executive functioning, study skills, time management, and academic habits. If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges, we encourage you to connect with your campus counseling center in addition to participating in this program.
What if I fall behind in the modules?
This program was built with ADHD students in mind — which means flexibility and realistic expectations are designed in. Your coaching calls are specifically for moments like this. If you fall behind, the first step is telling your coach. That’s exactly what they’re there for.
What if I already have some of these strategies?
Most students arrive with some strategies that work and many that don’t. The program meets you where you are — and the Personal ADHD Operating Manual is built from your specific profile, not a generic template. Students who arrive with partial systems typically use this program to fill gaps, stress-test what they have, and integrate everything into one coherent approach.
What platform is the course on?
The ADHD Success System is hosted on [Thinkific]. All video lessons, worksheets, and downloads are accessible from any device. An orientation video walks you through the platform before Module 1 begins.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. You may cancel within 7 days of enrollment for a full refund, provided you have not attended a coaching session or accessed a substantial portion of the course materials. After coaching begins or significant course content has been accessed, refunds are not available because your coaching seat and program resources are reserved specifically for you. If you experience unexpected circumstances, please contact us—we’re happy to discuss possible solutions, such as transferring your enrollment to a future cohort when appropriate.
I have more questions. How do I get in touch?
You can reach us by completing our contact form or emailing us at LetsTalk@TesfaHouse.com. We typically respond within 1–2 business days. If you’re considering the ADHD Success System, you’re also welcome to schedule a consultation to see if the program is a good fit.
Your Semester Is Already Underway. You Can Still Change the Outcome.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, behind, stuck, or constantly trying to catch up, you are not alone. Many students with ADHD spend the semester reacting to deadlines instead of building the systems they need to succeed.
The ADHD Success System helps you develop the practical skills, strategies, and routines needed to manage your workload, improve focus, reduce procrastination, and create a system that works with your brain — not against it.
Enrollment is now open for the upcoming ADHD Success System cohort.
Because meaningful coaching requires personalized attention and interaction, enrollment is intentionally limited. This is not a large online course where you become another number — it is a structured coaching experience designed to help you build lasting skills.
